OUR REFUND POLICY AT CleanLivingLLC
At CleanLivingLLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes supplements might not be the right fit for everyone. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds.
What can be returned?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Opened items can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect or cause an allergic reaction.
What cannot be returned?
Items opened for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or allergic reaction.
Items damaged due to improper storage or handling.
Items purchased more than three days ago.
Free gifts or promotional items.
How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your package.
Shipping Costs:
We will cover the return shipping cost for unopened and unused items if the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
For opened items due to an allergic reaction, we may offer a partial refund depending on the remaining product quantity.
For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected within 3-5 business days, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
Additional Information:
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the return does not comply with this policy.
